Baltimore at Cleveland

Baltimore is due for a win and hoping Keegan Akin can give them a few good innings. Akin faced the Indians once this season and shut them out on three hits in five innings. Aaron Civale gave up four runs on seven hits in six innings in one start versus the Orioles this year. Cleveland is 2-7 its past nine games against left-handed starters and the Indians have lost 12 of 17 versus AL East teams. Baltimore has split the last eight meetings and it's getting good value in the road underdog role. Take the Orioles.
