Baltimore plays its fourth straight road game with the offense cooling off scoring eight runs in the first three. The bullpen is seventh in ERA (3.47) and starter Grayson Rodriguez (3.15 ERA) has been very good. The Orioles are 31-16 UNDER the total after scoring four or fewer runs in three straight contests. Chicago's offense is a mess, last in runs scored, on-base percentage, and slugging. At least starter Mike Clevinger has a 1.93 ERA at home.
