Boston is three games out of a wild card spot after defeating the Orioles 12-3 on Monday night as Rob Refsnyder homered twice among his four hits and totaled five RBIs for the Red Sox, who have won three of their past four games. Baltimore has lost three in a row and four of five while scoring a total of only seven runs their past five games and the Orioles have lost four straight road games against right-handed starters. Kutter Crawford has not gotten much run support as he has allowed only nine runs his past four starts in 23 innings pitched with nothing to show for it. Baltimore is 6-0 UNDER in Albert Suarez's past six starts versus AL East teams, 5-0 UNDER when he starts with five days rest and 5-0 UNDER after the Orioles allowed at least five runs their previous game.
