This is a near impossible task for the Orioles who have been futile on the road. Lester is 11-0 against the Orioles in his career, pitching to a 2.06 ERA. The O's are bad but have been worse against lefthanders at 14-39 in their last 53. To add some salt to the wounds, the Orioles chances on the road behind Guthrie are near zero. They are 4-22 in his last 26 road starts, and 0-8 against Boston. Boston by a country mile in this one, so I'll take them on the runline.
