Atlanta will look to Hurston Waldrep to snap ita two-game losing streak and he will be making his major league debut after pitching well in the minors this year. He has a 3.09 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 59 strikeouts in 55 1/3 innings. Washington also will have a rookie starter in DJ Herz and he didn't fare too well his first outing on Tuesday when he allowed four runs on seven hits in four innings as the Nationals lost 6-3 to the New York Mets. Atlanta's bullpen has 18 saves and a 1.25 WHIP and the Braves are 37-23 UNDER in 2024.
