Atlanta at New York

Atlanta pulled off the win in New York last night and the way they have been playing, I don't see them putting together back-to-back W's in the Big Apple. They haven't won two in a row since May as they endure their worst season since most of us can remember. John Smoltz goes for the Braves but despite decent pitching on his part, he's 4-5 as he just hasn't gotten the run suppor he needs. Over his last three starts he's gone an average of just 4.9 innings before being pulled. New York counters with Chien-Ming Wang who has pitched better and gotten more run support. Wang is 8-3 including 6-1 at home with a 3.45 ERA. At home he goes 7 innings on average. New York has a very solid bullpen while Atlanta's has been awful this season (5.01 ERA). In June games over the past decade, good home favorites (54% to 62% record) laying -150 or less are 63-20 (76%) vs. bad teams (38% to 46%). Bombers here.

2 units on New York -133 (moneyline) (risk 2 to return 3.5)
