Atlanta at New York

The New York Mets have few details left to their season, as their strong starting pitching has paved the way to a huge lead in the NL East. With so many young starters, and a comfortable lead, it is time to turn to reserve players, diminished innings, and rest. The Mets will start Logan Verrett in place of Jason deGrom, as they continue to monitor innings amongst their young elite starters, and under the circumstances this line is pretty heavy. Matt Wisler hasn't had a lot of success in his rookie season. However, in his MLB debut, he stymied the Mets over eight innings, allowing a single run, and should take the mound with confidence in this one. Play on Atlanta.
