The Brewers have fought their way back from a disastrous looking season to finally reach the coveted .500 mark. They are still a longshot contender for a wildcard entry into the NL playoffs. Yovani Gallardo has seen the Brewers win his last seven starts despite the fact his last two saw a total of just 10.2 innings of work and 9 runs allowed. Atlanta goes to battle with Paul Maholm who is a nifty 12-9 on the season while pitching to an ERA of 3.67. Maholm is off an outing where he allowed 0 runs in 5.1 innings. The Braves have done a very good job and matchup well with Milwaukee as they have taken seven of the last nine contests from the Brewers. Play on Atlanta.
