The Braves certainly can't feel comfortable with Mike Minor on the mound as he allowed 7 runs in 6.1 innings of work vs. the Pirates in his last outing. He carries a 4.68 ERA into this contest vs. the Rockies who wheel out Ole Man River Jamie Moyer for this one. Moyer continues to defy the odds as he is now on his way to his 50th birthday in November, but carries a 3.14 ERA into this game. He certainly is in a good spot here tonight as the Braves have struggled against left-hand pitching on the road where they are a woeful 4-12 in their last 16 against them. The Rockies have revenge, and it has served them well of late as they are now 6-1 in their last seven when following a loss. The Braves have served-up eight-straight Saturday UNDERs and five straight UNDERs when Minor faces a team that scored 5+ in their previous game. The Braves’ offense has struggled on the road particularly against lefthanders, and the savvy Moyer will cash in on that. Play on Colorado and the UNDER.
