Brown has allowed 14 runs with 39 strikeouts in 35 1/3 innings this season for a 3.57 ERA and he has given up just one run in nine innings at home. AJ Smith-Shawver will make his first appearance of 2024 for Atlanta after going 1-0 with a 4.26 ERA last year. He has struggled in Triple-A this year as he has a 6.10 ERA and a 1.52 WHIP while allowing six home runs his past three starts. The wind will be blowing in from right-center field at 10 mph. Five of the past six meetings have gone UNDER and the Braves are 10-1-2 UNDER on the road against right-handed starters. Atlanta is 6-0 UNDER after scoring at least five runs its previous game and it has lost seven of eight as an underdog. Take the Cubs and the UNDER.
