Arizona at Washington

Arizona has won four of six following its 5-1 victory over the Brewers, improving to 22-12 on the road. The Diamondbacks are in first place in the NL West by 2 1/2 games and have Tommy Henry going today. Henry's past four starts each resulted in wins for the D-Backs, including 6-3 over Cleveland on Saturday when he allowed only two runs on seven hits in six innings. Washington will start Jake Irvin (5.25 ERA and 1.61 WHIP) and the Nationals have lost his past six starts, including 10-5 against Arizona on June 6 when he gave up four runs (three earned) on on five hits in four innings. Washington has lost five of its past six games and is 13-26 at home this season.
