Arizona at Seattle

The Seattle Mariners looked to be on their way to becoming the worst offense in MLB history as they were hitting below .200 as a team well into May. The team recovered and hovered around the .500 mark for a good part of the season. The Mariners have played themselves back into a wild card shot as they are 18-9 over their last 27 games and 7-2 recently. The surge has them just 1.5 games behind the struggling Yankees for the final wild-card spot. They have a big opportunity this weekend with a 3 game set at home vs lowly Arizona who was setting records for road futility this season. Seattle normally would have no reason to bring energy to this series, but these games are huge, and I don't think they fall asleep. Make the play on Seattle.
