Arizona at Seattle

Arizona is finally playing at a level many expected this team to reach, as they have started the second half of the season with winning three of four vs. Milwaukee, and now are looking for the road sweep in Seattle. Felix Hernandez gets the ball for Seattle, and while he is certainly a #1 starter, the results are not what one would expect, simply because over his 146 career starts, the M's have averaged just 3.8 runs per game, and this year those numbers are down to 3.1 runs a game. Hernandez has to be nearly perfect just to have a chance to get a win. The Mariners are just 8-20 in their last 28 as a favorite, and 2-5 in Hernandez' last seven starts when he is off a quality start in his last outing. Take Arizona.
