Arizona at Los Angeles

The Dodgers are glad to be back home after a rough series in Colorado, coming on the heels of the Big Trade with Boston. Josh Beckett looked sharp in yesterday's 2-1 win and now they face a slumping Diamondbacks squad that is on a 2-7 run. The Diamondbacks are 2-5 in Wade Miley's last seven starts against a team with a winning record, and he faces a loaded Dodgers offense. They haven't clicked on all cylinders regularly yet, but there's no denying the formidable talent up and down this LA lineup. This is near the end of a stretch for the Dodgers, playing 13 of 16 home games, while Arizona is playing the fourth game of a 10-game road trip. Chris Capuano has been an excellent addition and the veteran loves Dodger Stadium, with a 2.69 ERA at home this season where opponents hit .234 off him. The Dodgers are 7-3 in their last 10 games vs. a left-handed starter and 16-7 in their last 23 against a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15. Play the Dodgers.
