Arizona at Los Angeles

Arizona comes up a lot as a team to watch in 2023. They have to be pleased having split the first 2 games in LA. The Diamondbacks improved by 22 games a year ago, and many believe they are a team that can contend in the rugged NL West. A lot of that may hinge on Noah Syndergaard. Syndergaard was a quality pitcher until injuries took him off the mound. He came back last year with the Phillies and when he took the ball Philadelphia went 7-4. The Dodgers took ownership of Arizona when they were down, as they rattled off 10 straight wins against them. Since Arizona has gotten better the series has looked a lot different. Arizona is 4-4 in the last 8 meetings. These teams are closer than this huge line, and I will play Arizona.
