Dan Haren has out-pitched his 4-6 record for the Angels, as part of it was made while the Angels were in a dreadful start and Albert Pujols was doing nothing. Those two things have adjusted themselves and the Angels have come all the way back from that start to go 16-5 in their last 21 to move four games over .500 and established themselves once again as a contender. Arizona lost 2-of-3 in Texas to slip under the .500 mark for the season. It marked another bad series for the D-Backs facing a winning AL team, as they are now a woeful 9-23 in their last 32 against them. Arizona has also been troubled starting a series, as they have taken the loss in six of their last seven series openers. The Angels have put together a 47-23 mark in their last 70 as interleague chalk, and have taken five of the last six vs. Arizona. Play on the Angels in this one.
