Arizona at Chicago

The Chicago Cubs and the Arizona Diamondbacks certainly don't look like teams heading to the postseason as we begin to wind down the first month of the MLB season. These teams have combined for 12 wins in 42 games between them. I have to think that the Cubs have a mental edge provided by history today, as this is the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field. Arizona has dropped 10 of their last 11 games. The Cubs, meanwhile, have taken the first two games in this series and look to make it three wins in a row for the first time this season. Jeff Samardzija has great stuff, and his 1.29 ERA is certainly evidence that he has found a groove early in the season. Arizona is just 1-8 in their last nine vs. a right handed-starter, and have won just 3 of their last 14 here. Back the Cubs at home today.
