Detroit Tigers vs Philadelphia Phillies

Detroit continues to be a weak-hitting club and lost 1-0 on Tuesday as Kyle Schwarber hit a leadoff homer and that was enough for the Phillies to win their fourth game in a row. Philadelphia has been getting great pitching, allowing only eight runs its past four games, and Zack Wheeler goes tonight looking to bounce back from a rough outing at Washington on Friday. He has been a better pitcher at home where he has a 3.53 ERA and .218 opponent batting average, and Detroit hitters are just 4-for-29 against him. Reese Olson will make his second start for the Tigers after allowing two runs in five innings against the White Sox, but he was also victimized by Detroit's weak run support and the Tigers lost 3-0.
