Top pick: #4 (IMBLENDEDNOTSHAKEN) (5-2) - Veteran runs third off a 4 1/2 month vacation and rallied to finish third here last out. He has some back class and can take this with just a bit of improvement.
nd pick: #2 (Skyspy) (9-2) - In the always dangerous barn of Mike Chambers, he raced a bit sub-par last out, but had been sharp in a trio prior to that. Speedster should be involved from start-to-finish.
rd pick: #11 (Briteburg) (15-1) - Cal.-bred gelding has finished fourth in both local starts since coming here from Finger Lakes and a two month freshening. One-run type draws a tough post, but can grab a share with a late rally.
th pick: #10 (Ten Ninety Seven) (4-1) - He rallied last out to finish second to "Shaken" in his first race in almost seven months. He has good early speed and can factor if not involved in a pace-fight.
th pick: #6 (Fifth Dimension) (8-1) - He hasn't raced since being "vanned off" here in early January. However, he's in a good barn (Dan McFarland), is training sharply, and has a ton of back class. Don't just ignore.
