Top pick: #11 (LITTLE LINDA) (3-1) - Mare has the best early speed of this group and enters off a pair of pace-setting second-place finishes at this tag. She draws a nice outside post at this distance and doesn't necessarily need the top to be competitive.
nd pick: #5 (Lady Swann) (4-1) - She tired last out while chasing the pace while wide against tougher. Grey mare had finished a solid 3rd in her previous start and was only a "head" back of "Little Linda." Obvious threat.
rd pick: #10 (Two Spins) (15-1) - Longshot is racing third back from almost a 7-month layoff. She was extremely wide last out at this tag going a mile and the cutback in distance is a plus. May do some damage today at a very big price.
th pick: #7 (Macho Woman) (6-1) - Daughter of "Macho Uno" has raced evenly in her first two local starts. They came after she was freshened up for almost eight weeks and it would not take much improvement for her to factor.
th pick: #8 (Roxie Hart) (20-1) - Mare has disappointed a number of times, but is capable of impacting at a big price with one of her better efforts.
