Four-year-old filly was sent hard from her rail post tiring last out after chasing a quick pace at this level March 18th. She moves off the inside and draws a nice outside post to go wire-to-wire from.
2nd pick: #1 (Sicilysmostwanted) (3-1) - This is her 10th attempt at this 2l condition. To her credit she's been competitive in almost all of those and last out finished third of seven, beaten a length at this level April 6th. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Aly's Bobcat) (2-1) - Mare has gotten 20 small slices in 33 lifetime starts to go along with her one win. Since coming here from Hastings Park late last year, veteran has gone 6-0-4-1, with all of those coming at this level. She's cutting back in distance after a four straight two-turn contests and it's nice to see Scott Stevens back on the re-ride.
