Top pick: #6 (COCONUT CREAM PIE) (8-5) - The morning line favorite filly ships in from Albuquerque where she finished second, going 7-furlongs on the main track at this tag facing males Oct. 26. She goes dirt to turf, stretches out a bit, and she's been competitive facing much tougher on the grass in the past. The horse to beat.
nd pick: #9 (Impeccably) (4-1) - Speedy filly drops a bit after finishing third here for a $10K tag at this distance Nov. 2. Daughter of "Brother Derek" set a quick and pressured pace that day and weakened during the stretch run. Win candidate.
rd pick: #3 (Sicilysmostwanted) (8-1) - Stalker exits the same Nov. 2 contest as "Impeccably" and finished an even fourth that day while a 1/2 length back of that rival. Nice effort came in her first around two turns and she earned a career high figure that afternoon.
th pick: #2 (Joeysburg) (10-1) - No-speed type made up a bit of ground in the same last race as both "Impeccably" and "Sicilysmostwanted". It was her first back from a seven week freshening and she could do some damage if the pace is fast/and or contested.
th pick: #8 (Halo of Light) (6-1) - Very lightly-raced filly has early speed and is taking a big drop in class and stretching out around two turns for the first time.
