Top pick: #2 (TIME TO GO ROBO) (3-1) - So. Cal invader has early speed, draws the rail, takes a huge drop in price, and runs with blinkers on. In a fine barn (Bob Atras) and can take this with a "clean" getaway.
2nd pick: #3 (R Last Hurrah) (5-1) - Price play also has some speed and will be facing fellow maidens for the first time after being over-matched in his first three starts. Working fast locally, he runs second off a five month layoff, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #9 (Watch For Trevor) (7-2) - Emerald Downs invader has been competitive in every start (5-0-2-2), and has displayed excellent early speed in each. He's worked three times here for his first since late Sept. and should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #5 (Plain Buck) (15-1) - Debuting Arizona-bred has some fine drills showing and gelding by "Buck Strider" need not be much to factor against these.
