Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #2 (HANKYPANK GIRL) (6-5) - The probable favorite, lightly raced filly is taking a big drop in class for leading trainer Bob Diodoro. 4yo has been sharp in both local starts since coming here from Golden Gate Fields, and all she needs is a trouble free break and trip.
2nd pick: #7 (Marcenia) (9-2) - She broke her maiden here going a mile on the grass for a $30K tag Feb. 14th. Brought back two weeks later, filly was forced very wide while beaten 3.5 lengths racing at this level. Stretch runner would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
3rd pick: #1 (Strictly Classy) (7-2) - Grey filly was two lengths in front of 'Marcenia' Feb. 24th, and she also was forced very wide down the stretch. Speed/stalker has the rail and should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #3 (Shezamover) (10-1) - Mare is moving up in class and switching from dirt to turf. 6yo has been competitive in two of three previous grass races and could get a minor award at a big price.
