2nd pick: #4 (Shoot the Loop) (5-1) - Strong finisher has finished within range in all four starts at the meet after coming here from the Illinois circuit. He was beaten under two lengths Jan. 20th in his first at this $6,250 tag. Stretch threat.
3rd pick: #9 (Keep Me Posted) (9-2) - Another that likes to come from far back, he was only a 'nose' and a 'neck' behind 'Law Dog' here Jan. 20th. In shape, and this old-timer has more wins on the grass (10) than any other entered.
4th pick: #10 (Persisting) (3-1) - He rallied from just off the pace and held 'Law Dog' safe by just under a length here at this tag Jan. 20th. He loves the local grass (8-4-3-0) and has more early speed than most all he's facing. Must be left in the mix.
5th pick: #1 (Sound Effect) (5-1) - Freshened up since Dec. 22nd, he's moving from dirt to turf, and dropping down just a bit. Has the rail, is working well, but will need some breaks for anything more than a minor award.
