Top pick: #6 (AMY JANE) (5-2) - The probable favorite, filly rallied to finish second here facing tougher at this distance Jan. 19th. It was her second back from a 7-week break and she did not have a clean break. Barn brings her back quickly and is dropping her to a new low. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (Tilted Lady) (3-1) - Speedy filly moves up in class after finishing a pace-setting second here going 6-dfurlongs facing weaker on Jan. 28th. Barn cuts her back to her favorite trip, and on Jan. 19th she was 3 1/2 back of 'Amy Jane.' Her inside post is a plus and should help her narrow that gap between her and that rival.
3rd pick: #4 (Pave's Last Sheik) (4-1) - Speed/stalker has been freshened up since Dec. 21st when she missed by under a length here at this 5-furlong distance. Idaho bred is working fast for her return and is in the 3-horse win mix.
4th pick: #3 (Rockin the Bakken) (8-1) - Lightly raced, Washington bred broke her maiden here going 6.5-furlongs on Jan. 6th. She has room for upside, but will need to step up quite a bit for anything more than a minor award.
