Top pick: #4 (FAST MAGGIE) (7-2) - Lightly-raced filly ran evenly here in her local debut and first off a trainer change to Mike Chambers. Nice effort came off a two month break and he has her making back-to-back starts for the first time.
2nd pick: #7 (Charm This) (4-1) - Obvious contender, filly ran 3rd in the same last race as "Maggie" and she was a 1/2 length better that that rival on the wire. Speed/stalker draws well and is a major threat.
3rd pick: #1 (Susanita) (3-1) - Golden Gate invader has a new trainer today (Angel Silva 17% with new arrivals, and this filly's best ever came when she finished second on conventional dirt at Stockton. One-run type is a stretch threat in her first on this surface.
4th pick: #3 (Sunrisa Sunrisa) (9-2) - She drops a bit after a non-threatening third place finish here for a $12.5K tag Oct. 22. That was a career best and her first here and first for trainer Jeff Metz. Can factor, but needs to do better down the stretch.
