Top pick: #2 (GALEHORN) (9-5) - The probable favorite, she's taking a big drop in class for her first since Dec. 14. Training fast, filly has beaten tougher in the fast and is from the high energy barn of Mike Chambers.
2nd pick: #5 (Peppermint Gal) (5-2) - Mare did not start until she was a 5-year-old, but Arizona bred was an impressive winner in her debut on Feb. 3. The figure earned was the highest last out by any entered and she still has room for upside.
3rd pick: #4 (Shesacurlinmytoes) (2-1) - Daughter of "Curlin" is taking a huge drop in class in her third back from a long layoff. She's raced evenly in her return pair facing much tougher on the grass and has been competitive on the dirt without winning in the past.
4th pick: #1 (Vine) (10-1) - Very lightly-raced filly went evenly here at this level on Feb. 11. She was bumped at the break and the effort was a useful one. She's racing second off a 2 1/2 month and can factor at a square price.
