(# 3) DOUBLE DOWN DIXIE - Linda Rice trained filly has been working smartly since arriving at Tampa Bay. Rice had a winner on opening day in a similar type spot. In her two most recent races she had a wide draw at six furlongs over Belmont lawn and the rail post at Laurel sprinting five panels. Ran respectably in both without winning. Looking for a good performance today.

(# 8) Beautiful Ring - Ran a fine third on opening card at Tampa. That represented initial grass effort and filly was in contention for most of the race. Has worked since that race so fitness is not in question.

(# 9) Forever Jamie - Expensive daughter of Point Given ($230,000) has only one start to date and next week will be four years old. Four works listed since that race, all pretty good and all right here at Tampa. Hard to discount any horse hailing from the Joan Scott barn as she excels at this meeting.

(# 5) Lily Charmer - One of the few Seattle Slews still running. Filly's only placings in ten lifetime starts have come on grass. This is not a strong group for the level so she has a fighting chance.
