(# 12) MATTINGLY - Been freshened up again by Joe Orseno after a poor effort against better at the one-turn mile at Gulfstream Park on Feb. 18. Has never run this distance and concern is he may leave himself too much to do if he doesn't get out of the gate a little quicker. Outside draw should help him in this less-than-stellar gathering. Only published drill was a nice four-furlong breeze here at Tampa on March 29. The slight drop in claiming price should aid his cause.
