Races today off a 4 1/2 month layoff and ships down from Maryland where he's been in steady training for the past month and half. Barn is having a great meet 19-6-2-4 and this colt by Cozzene can win this with his best.
2nd pick: #2 (Extraextraordinary) - Has a recently edge on the top pick because he finished second at Gulfstream Jan. 2 in a race that was a bit farther than this. Home-bred has been competitive in all but one of his starts and maybe the favorite in this spot. He'd be no surprise.
3rd pick: #11 (Robynhood) - He defeated the second pick here Dec. 11 but ran poorly from an outside post at Gulfstream Jan 15. Grey colt chased the pace that day before tiring and he has the best early speed of this group. Very tough if he scratches in.
