Top pick: #8 (Island Bound) - Working frequently and above average at Palm Meadows for her first race since Last April at Churchill when she finished second going longer. Has the most talent of these and is the likely winner if ready.
2nd pick: #2 (Even Classier) - Lightly-raced filly finished second here last winter at long odds in her debut then wasn't seen for 7 1/2 months when she raced very poorly at Hawthorne. Closer is working off track for this and is one of a pair entered by trainer Jim Gulick and they'll race uncoupled.
3rd pick: #7 (Bull Market Lady) - Has good early speed and many fine tries in her 10-race career. Blinkers go on and she's a serious player on the lead.
