2nd pick: #1 (Northern Passion) - Part on an entry with #1a "Dixie Strike" and both fillies have talent. This daughter of "First Samurai" won the G3 Natalma S. at Woodbine last September defeating a strong field in her only grass attempt to this point. Working fine at Palm Meadows, and a big threat if ready off a three month break.
3rd pick: #7 (Regalo Mia) - Price play was an impressive maiden winner at Gulfstream going a mile on the turf on Dec. 30. Very few runners win from the No. 12 post there in two-turn races and she did so over a next out winner.
