Top pick: #8 (STORM GALILEO) - Up until his last pair this well-bred 6yo had faced tougher his whole career. Claimed by Jamie Ness in late October at Keneland for $7500, son of "Storm Cat" finished at Turfway Park in his first for the new barn, then ran 3rd here at this price and distance on Dec 23rd. That effort was his first on real dirt and he did it from a tough outside post. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Lion Under Oath) - Working steadily for his first start since late July, this 6yo has a bit of ability and his new trainer (Jane Cibelli) is very good off of long breaks (23%). Factors if 100% off the long break.
3rd pick: #7 (Funfaha) - Nice effort here in the same race as "Galileo" saw him rally late to edged that rival for the place spot. That was a positive outing and was his first on real dirt.
4th pick: #6 (Zee Are One) - Longshot showed nothing in the same race as both "Galileo" amd "Fun", but it was his first in two months and he may improve enough to grab a small share at a very big price.
