TO WIN: SEA DOCTOR Ran quite well against $25,000 open claimers in his first start since June, racing in contention until deep stretch after stumbling at the start. Last out he was hopelessly outclassed in a 2nd tier optional claimer. Today he drops into a soft spot limited to non-winners of three and draws a very suspect field. A sharp three furlong breeze on Feb. 18 keeps him sharp and Pedro Rodriguez will be back in the irons.
