2nd pick: #1 (Strollingintherain) (2-1) - Speedy filly is another that's lightly-raced and has exchanged decisions with "Flirting Clara" here this meet. In shape home bred has the rail and will be involved every step.
3rd pick: #5 (Loya) (7-2) - Daughter of "City Zip has been on the sidelines since late Nov. Speed/stalker will be dropping to a new low for her return and has races in her past on the Chicago circuit that make her a major player. However, she gives away a big recency edge to the top two selections.
4th pick: #6 (Tranzip) (10-1) - Filly tired badly after setting a quick pace here going 8.5-furlongs on the turf for a $20K tag on Feb. 15. It was her first since Aug. 30 and had the look of nothing more than a conditioning race. Barn drops her down, moves her to the dirt, and shortens her up in distance.
