(# 5) Saratoga Summer - Mott looks like he's going to make a run at being the leading trainer here, with two more yesterday, to give him 13 through Sunday. Couldn't happen to a better horseman. He's won races with all types, but his two-year-olds have done especially well. This daughter of Smart Strike debuts with Lasix, and has been here for almost three months.

(# 3) Prarie Melody - Debuted in the same race as the top pick. Made a move into contention while wide and flattened out late.

(# 1a) Remarkable Remy - Daughter of the late Hennessy (who died this past Thursday) cost $200,000. Has some better than average works for a barn who won yesterday with a debut two-year-old.
