2nd pick: #3 (Offering Plan) (9-5) - The morning line and probable favorite, this multiple stakes winner is from the barn of Chad Brown. A very strong stretch runner, he moves back in with state breds after missing by 3 lengths here in a G3 facing 'open' company July 12. Veteran has an outstanding record when in with New York breds and he just missed in this stakes a year ago. An obvious win candidate.
