Top pick: #9 (GEORGIE'S ANGEL) - Filly looked very professional when winning her debut at Churchill Downs on July 4th. She broke sharply, set a solid pace and drew away when her rider asked her for more. In the Pletcher barn and the choice in a tough stakes.
2nd pick: #6 (Gypsy Robin) - World traveler was a very easy winner when debuting at Keeneland April 22nd, then was sent to England for trainer Wesley Ward's annual invasion of England for the meet at Royal Ascot. She tired in the last furlong Queen Mary S. (Group 2) to finish seventh of 14, beaten 3 1/2 lengths. Working fast since returning, Ward had a similar looking runner return and win at Woodbine last weekend.
3rd pick: #1 (Force de La Nature) - Filly by "Scat Daddy" rallied to win her debut at Churchill on June 19th. In a very good barn (Ed Kenneally) and is working fast since her win. Stretch threat for the top prize.
