Top pick: #7 (MAKEMINECHOCOLATE) - Probable heavy favorite just missed last out at Belmont at this level in her second back off an fight month absence. Speed/stalker has a pair of excellent local drills and Dominguez takes the re-ride. Very tough to beat in this spot.
nd pick: #11 (Ready For Autumn) - Daughter of "More Than Ready" raced evenly in her debut sprinting at Belmont June 27 and is working well locally for her first two-turn attempt. In a good barn (Bruce Brown) and she's a threat if she scratches into the race (needs one scratch in the main-body).
rd pick: #9 (Lateday Edition) - Lasix is added to filly who has been heavily bet in all four starts. Races second off a two-month break and stretches-out in distance. Serious looking challenger.
th pick: #5 (Irish Lady) - Longshot races off a 70 day freshening and will move to the turf off a pair of even efforts at this level on the dirt. Bred on both sides for turf success and she's taken some money in her starts. "Live" price play.
th pick: #1 (Lily's Doll) - Filly has some late foot and draws the ground-saving rail post. Working well for her first race in almost two months she's a stretch threat if she has a "clean" trip.
