Stakes placed as a 2-year-old, she's worked fast since that return score and has proven in the past that she doesn't need the lead to run well. Has a solid shot at a square price.
2nd pick: #6 (Miss Behaviour) (5-2) - Hard-hitting filly has gone 8-3-3-1 and all but her maiden win have come facing stakes company. Speed/stalker comes off a career best figure when finishing second in the "Test" stakes (G1) here Aug. 2 and Castellano stays aloft. Obvious threat.
3rd pick: #1 (Thirteen Arrows) (8-1) - Longshot is speedy, very lightly-raced, and ships up from Delaware Park where she defeated weaker on July 17th. Stalker is racing in a stakes for the first time and draws the rail. Has a shot at a big price.
4th pick: #5 (Sweet Whiskey) (2-1) - The morning line favorite, she was only a 1/2 length back of "Miss Behaviour" last out in what was a good effort in a big field. Stakes performer is working fast for this and she has the legendary combo the trainer Todd Pletcher & jockey John Velazquez in her corner. A threat from gate-to-wire at a short price.
