Top pick: #6 (GLORIOUS VIEW) (4-1) - I've always liked this filly, and for whatever reason she's become a dramatically better runner in 2013. 4yo has been freshened up since becoming a stakes winner on May 18th when she went gate-to-wire to win the "Vagrancy"(G2). Working fast for this, filly has a flexible style, and ran well her last year as a maiden.
2nd pick: #4 (Dance to Bristol) (5-2) - The probable favorite, her record is outstanding (16-8-7-0), and she enters this with five wins in a row. The latest, an impressive win at Belmont on June 15th in the (G3) "Bed O Roses." Working fast, stalker fits, and I could have easily have made her the top pick.
3rd pick: #5 (Burban) (3-1) - Lightly raced mare has won five of nine overall, and has gone 5-2-1-0 since early April, all in stakes. Last out, she went gate-to-wire at Churchill to win the $65K "Roxelana," and it earned her almost a 'triple digit" Byer figure. Daughter of "Speightstown" is capable from both on, or just off the lead, and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #7 (Munnings Sister) (5-1) - Stakes winner has been freshened up since June 13th when she won her second in a row. Speed/stalker meets a much tougher field than she's been facing lately, and will need to avoid a wide trip from this outside post.
