Owned by the top barn of Richard Englander, colt ran here on August 1st in his first start in six months. Stumbled badly at the break that day and raced evenly. Drops in half today and draws a good post for the distance. Ready to run big.
2nd pick: #9 (Metulla) - Son of "Yonaguska" goes second off a two month layoff for trainer Bruce Levine. Colt has some speed and raced well in his return off the break here on July 30th. Should be much "tighter" in his second off the break.
3rd pick: #5 (Secret Design) - Four-year-old will be making his first start since last December. Son of "Quiet American" ran well many times in "07" without getting the job done. He'll need to be sharp off the long rest to compete for the win.
