Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #5 (KERJILLION) (2-1) - Gelding has been freshened up since May 5 when he rallied to finish 2nd at this level and distance at Belmont Park. It was his first race in 19-months and this 4yo obviously has some issues. However, he's working both steadily and above average and is from the 'red' hot barn of Chad Brown.
2nd pick: #3 (Space Oddity) (5-1) - He raced very wide and evenly at this level going 7-furlongs on the Belmont turf June 6. It was his first race in 10-months and he most likely needed the race. He broke his maiden on this course a year ago and draws a ground saving post.
3rd pick: #8 (Cliffs of Dover) (6-1) - NEW gelding has been competitive in three straight at this level. Freshened up since June 19, he's working nicely and his ability to stalk should play well in this field.
4th pick: #9 (Archer Hill) (12-1) - Very fast from the gate, speedball ships in from Finger Lakes in top shape. He's won heer in the past and gelding by 'Big Brown' is dangerous on the lead at a big price.
