Top pick: #10 (DACOMA) (4-1) - Filly races first off a Dave Jacobson claim (a 27% winning angle). He brings her back at the claimed price, switches her from turf to dirt, and shortens her up in distance. He also adds blinkers (25%) and leading rider Irad Ortiz Jr. The pair have won 31 of 100 races when teamed up over the past 20 months.

2nd pick: #8 (She's Gifted) (5-2) - She's been on the sidelines since debuting at Aqueduct last November. Daughter of 'Flatter' showed excellent early speed that day and is training fast for her return. Trainer Ed Kenneally drops her in class and has Castellano aboard. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #7 (Mohawk Lily) (6-1) - Filly is going turf to dirt and shortening up in distance. In shape and she's one of more experienced maidens entered. Can grab a share with her normal effort.

4th pick: #9 (Take a Bow) (15-1) - Lightly-raced filly tired when debuting at this level and distance July 19 at Belmont. Training fine since, trainer John Terranova runs her today with Lasix administered.
