2nd pick: #7 (Zandora) (12-1) - Longshot has the best early speed and should be able to secure the hedge heading into the first turn. Another that's dropping down, she should be involved every step at a big price.
3rd pick: #10 (Free to Fly) (9-2) - She won for a $30,000 price tag going 7.5 furlongs April 19 at Gulfstream in her first following a Marc Vitali claim. Her latest pair came facing first-level allowance foes and both were decent efforts. Stretch runner drops back down today and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #5 (Tempers Way) (15-1) - A well bred 3yo, daughter of 'Giant's Causeway' moves back to the grass following an easy 7.5-length gate-to-wire maiden win going 8.5 furlongs at Belmont for a $40K tag facing fellow New York breds June 14. Race was taken 'off the turf,' but she was competitive in three of four prior to that on the grass, and it's a plus that Luis Saez stays aboard.
