2nd pick: #8 (Galardonado) (5-2) - The probable favorite, hard hitter was a winner at this distance July 10 at Belmont racing for a $25K tag. Claimed that afternoon by veteran Carl Domino, this 4-year-old colt has a fine record on the dirt (16-4-4-2), with all of those starts coming against tougher. An obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (You Know I Know) (4-1) - Stretch runner was an easy winner here going seven furlongs facing a bit weaker Aug 7. Claimed that day by Mike Pino (21%) for $12,500, he moves him up n class and cuts him back a furlong. Has the rail and this veteran should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into.
4th pick: #7 (Blame Jim) (9-2) - Another racing first off a Rudy Rodriguez claim (30%), he adds blinkers and moves him up a bit. Gelding has plenty of back class and can factor with his normal effort.
