Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #5 (SOPHIA'S SONG) (9-5) - Very lightly-raced filly has won three in a row since finishing second in her debut last October at Woodbine. The main speed, she's working fast for her first since winning a stakes going a mile at Laurel March 12. In the Pletcher barn, he adds blinkers and has Javier Castellano aboard.
2nd pick: #2 (Irish Jasper) (2-1) - She's won 6 of 11 starts racing on dirt and is two for two at this distance. A four time stakes winner, she ran evenly in a seven furlong grass race at Belmont July 3. It was her first start since Oct 17 and she most likely needed the effort. Back on the dirt, leading trainer Chad Brown has Irad Ortiz Jr. on her for the first time.
3rd pick: #4 (My Savannah Belle) (4-1) - Even-paced mare has been freshened up since May 26. She's gone 8-3-2-0 so far with all races coming on the dirt. Five-year-old would benefit greatly if the past was fast and/or contested. Stretch threat if that's the case.
