2nd pick: #3 (Our Emerald Forest) (6-1) - Irish-bred just missed in a pair of 7 furling contests at Belmont and runs for the first time in two months in this spot. Speed/stalker fits and can factor at a square price.
3rd pick: #8 (Hamnet) (5-2) - Son of the grass loving "Shakespeare" when debuting on the Woodbine "poly" in late Dec and hasn't run since. Working fast for his new trainer (Chad Brown 26% with new arrivals), and he stretches him out in distance and moves him to the turf.
4th pick: #1 (Entry of #1-IRON WORKS and 1a-FRAME) (4-1) - Like all of the Darley runners, this entry is well bred and both will be making their second starts. "Works" showed good speed when debuting on the turf, and "Frame" will stretch-out and go dirt-to-turf.
5th pick: #7 (Standup Paddle) (8-1) - Un-raced since Jan. 19, son of "Afleet Alex" is working fast for his return and is bred for the grass, which he tries for the first time.
