2nd pick: #8 (Private Show) (6-1) - Price play has shown excellent early speed in all three starts before tiring in the final furlong. $210K purchase drops into a claimer and is racing 2nd back from an 8-month layoff. Another that's getting blinkers on and he's a win candidate at long odds.
3rd pick: #9 (Tuneintobow) (8-1) - Monmouth shipper is another with early speed. He enters off a pace-setting 2nd place finish in New Jersey racing at this distance for a $50K tag July 19. It was his first on the grass and his 2nd back from a 14 1/2 month absence. Cant's be ignored at a potentially big price.
4th pick: #6 (Magical Connection) (12-1) - Home bred by 'Flatter' is dropping into a claimer and racing on the grass, both for the first time. 3yo has shown fine early speed before backing up in both dirt appearances and is bred to handle the turf.
